One daily pass, or pay only for what you use.

How billing works

• Checking out creates an invoice on the server with a unique order id, the plan id and the exact amount in IDR. The invoice expires after 30 minutes.
• The pass is activated only when the payment provider confirms settlement to our server, and the amount received covers the invoice. A browser redirect or a screenshot is never treated as proof of payment. Because QRIS has no signed callback, confirmation comes from server-side polling by the worker and from the invoice page's Refresh status button.
• More than one payment cannot settle the same order. Once an order is paid, the QR code is closed with the provider, and a duplicate provider event can never extend a pass twice.
• A payment that lands just after the invoice expires is still honoured and reconciled, so money taken is never left without access. For anything older, contact support with the order id.

Pay as you go

The pay-as-you-go plan replaces the request quota with a prepaid balance. You choose the top-up amount (from Rp 10.000), pay it as a normal QRIS invoice, and the amount is credited to your balance only when the provider confirms settlement to our server. Each successful request is then charged at the serving model's published input and output price per million tokens. A request that fails is not charged. When your balance reaches zero the gateway refuses new requests with a payment-required response until you top up again; a request already in flight is never recalled, so a balance can sit at zero but never go below it. Unused balance does not expire.

Quota resets

A limited plan's daily allowance resets at 00:00 Asia/Jakarta (WIB) and its monthly allowance resets on the first day of the month at 00:00 WIB. The exact reset timestamps are returned by the API with every quota error and shown in the dashboard. The Daily pass has no request quota to reset; it simply ends 24 hours after payment is confirmed.

What is not included

The Daily pass removes NordAI's own request quota; it does not guarantee upstream model availability or promise throughput beyond the per-minute and concurrency guards shown above. Availability depends on the upstream provider. The gateway never switches to a paid model or charges extra on your behalf. On pay-as-you-go, usage is charged from your own balance: nothing is billed to a card and there is no automatic top-up.

Price, duration and refunds

The Daily pass price is stored in the database (currently Rp 100.000 for 30 days). The price you pay is the price recorded on your invoice at checkout. Passes are renewed by buying again; there is no automatic charge. Because access starts immediately, a pass is not refundable once it is active. A balance top-up is credited in full and is never refunded once spent on usage; unspent balance has no expiry.
